Small Pleasures Workshop

THE WORKSHOP

  • During the workshop, we will rejuvenate ourselves with two guided meditations, which will begin and end our workshop. These are mindfulness meditation and explore who we are and how to become present with our lives.
Don’t worry if you have never meditated before or if you are an advanced meditator – I will guide you through the whole process.

  • Also, we will all receive and learn a short Thai massage routine, perfect for back and neck pains – the ones that most of us suffer from, nowadays.
Again, no worries if you haven’t massaged anyone before. You will learn simple techniques (derived from Thai massage) which you will be able to apply after the workshop to your partner and friends.

  • And on our break, a delicious organic lunch will await us, which includes various vegetarian options and warm, herbal beverages. All food will be organic, vegetarian, sugar-free and will include savoury and sweet options.

You will leave the day feeling refreshed, reconnected and with a beautiful handbook, so you will remember everything you need for the rest of your life!

This workshop is for YOU if you feel the need to find the small pleasures in your life, regardless of whether you are a beginner or advanced in meditation or whether you practice massage or not.

Reserve your place now at Eventbrite, while there are still available ticket.

SMALL PLEASURES

Nowadays, we run after happiness, yet we don’t enjoy it.
The fast-paced life leaves no time for reflection, no time for contemplation on what we already have.
And as we see the clock ticking, anxiety arises, and off we go for our next goal.

But when is the best moment to appreciate the little things, the small pleasures in life?

That is why Alex and I created this workshop!

So you can find the time and peace you need to reconnect with yourself and the things that matter.

This workshop is all about the small pleasures. It’s about the moments that although small, they play a big role in our wellbeing.

Think of them like enjoying a piece of chocolate.

Or perhaps like stopping for a moment to appreciate the place we are right now.

Or even like remembering how it is to be a worry-free child again.

So, join us for this relaxing and memorable day, where you will discover ways to reconnect with your mind, body, and spirit, where you will remember how to be alive.
