We spend an enormous amount of time, thinking about how much time we don’t have!
We, humans, have this amazing capacity of worrying about the time that we don’t have, even though our time may be plenty at the moment of our worry.
How much time did you spend during your weekend thinking that Monday is approaching (although, perhaps it was only Saturday night)?
When I catch myself in this whirlpool, I turn to the present moment.
Sometimes, I meditate, some other times, I start a task that I know I procrastinate for long.
After all, if I don’t start now that I feel the pressure of time, what point in the future will be a better time to start?
